The Gramsachivalay building located in central part of the Uruli, Kanchan city. The 13000 sq.ft structure is surrounded by many adjacent urban dwellings. Peripheral landscape which forms a lush green foreground for the structure. This building responds to the climate of the region through elements which have been celebrated as a part of the design. The clear and strong volume comprising 3 stories reaches a height of 15-20 meters. The building fully occupies the site, extending to the perimeter, and its corners are designed to be prominent, aligning with the grid pattern. This features a diverse combination of heights and volumes.
